Here is one of my Coaching Clients Missy. She is a special needs sibling and worked with me in the Sibling Transformation Project the past 6 months. I loved watching her positive transformation, and re-enforces the reason why I support the entire special needs family through the transition planning process. We are all affected, are important, and valuable to the success transition of our sibs into adulthood.
